It was built as an elegant social club for Mitsui & Co., and has hosted many foreign guests .

Mojiko Port was a big city in those days when continental trade and passenger ships bound for continental and European routes arrived continuously.

The “Old Moji Mitsui Club” is about a 2-minute walk from JR Mojiko Station.
