Located in Kokura’s Gintengai (shopping street), this shop is always popular with a wide range of people, including students, office workers, and housewives!

The soba noodles are handmade and feature black noodles with a firm texture!

Momiji oroshi and soba noodles go great together!

The uneven noodles have a non-uniform texture when you put them in your mouth, which is nice.
